There are a few different body weight exercises that you can do to workout your biceps. Usually the bicep is a fairly hard muscle to workout but it can be done. Probably the best exercise to do this while at home is the chin up. Doing chinups and pull ups are very good for your entire upper body, in fact. If you aren’t sure how to do a chinup do some research online, they’re really are not a difficult exercise to do. Ok, well actually they’re a bit tough but they are not complicated. :D

Another thing to remember is that there is a difference between doing chin ups and doing pull ups.
